yes, she is still singing. She has an infection in her leg, giardia (an intestinal parasite) and has still "decided to follow Jesus". And she won't let us forget it!
that is just simply the best thing i have seen all week. not all kids feel that way i'll have you know. my boys have NOT sung that song yet.... so be thankful! jonah and fits both kiss when they are in trouble too. thats funny isn't it.

Hey, something to be said for singing. One of our kids in particular is a songbird and she sings constantly. Sometimes I find it annoying until I hear the words and remember....how sweet her heart is. Wow puts me in my place. What joy she must have!!!
I just showed Yikealo this video this morning - he now wants to watch it over and over! He keeps singing what sounds like the same song - except in Amharic. He just loves to look at pictures of his little buddies from Hannah's Hope, so thanks for posting some. Larisa
Ethiopia is one of the five poorest countries in the world, with four out of every five people living on less than $2 a day. Access to safe drinking water in Ethiopia is at critically low levels. Just one in three people have access to clean water while just 13% has access to adequate sanitation services. Waterborne diseases claim the live of hundreds of thousands of people each year. One Ethiopian child in 10 dies before their fifth birthday; half of those die from diarrhea.

Check out AGCI's website at allgodschildren.org. Search under the "About Us" heading and go to media, you will find a tear jerking video about Hannah's Hope orphanage in Ethiopia.
